Where Your Jewelry Comes From
Most "gold" jewelry online is brass from wholesale markets. Same suppliers, same quality issues, different Instagram ads.
We work with a family workshop that's been making jewelry since 1993. They usually work with luxury brands. We're their smallest client.
Every stone is natural. You can see the unique patterns. Fakes all look identical.
The steel is surgical-grade 316L. Same as Rolex uses.
More expensive? Yes. Why it actually lasts? Also yes.

We visited 47 suppliers when starting Raena. Most offered rock-bottom prices with mystery metals and no quality control.
We chose partners who:

- Use real materials (certified genuine)
- Test every piece (actually waterproof, not just claimed)
- Stand behind their work (lifetime warranty)

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after receipt of your order. Returns from mainland UK are free of charge.

US customers can exchange for the same item in a different size, or put the value towards something new on site. Simply return via InPost or YunTu Mail within 60 days and your new order will be dispatched as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
Engravable Items
We're unable to accept returns on engraved, monogrammed or other personalised items.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned within 30 days. All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee deducted from your refund amount. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as a store credit. We do our best to make you comfortable, because let's face it, you're the best.
